Prefabricated Steel Structures

Prefabricated steel structures used in the building industry are designed and manufactured off-site in a factory before they are transported to the construction site for assembly. They are also known as prefabricated metal buildings.

Faster construction

Prefabricated steel structures can be constructed faster because of the reduced site work required.

Lower labour costs

Prefabricated steel structures require less labour on-site, which can reduce labour costs.

Sustainable

Prefabricated steel structures reduce waste because all planning and measurement are done in the factory.

Minimal maintenance

Prefabricated steel structures require relatively minimal  maintenance and can maintain their appearance throughout the lifespan of  the building

Heavy Steel Modular Building

Heavy steel modular buildings have major structures composed of I-beam steel prefabricated from our facility and installed on-site. They are fixed to the pre-casted foundations and rust-proofed. Compared with light-steel structure buildings and brick-concrete buildings, they have the following unique advantages:

  • High structure stability that can resist earthquakes of magnitude nine or above.
  • Large spans that enable spacious interiors and high space utilisation efficiency.
  • Efficient thermal management by combining precasted concentrate walls and ceilings.
  • Environmentally friendly and sustainable with reduced waste generation.
  • Easy on-site installation with substantially reduced project time at comparable costs.
